PIERCE ARROW LOFTS
Constructed in 1906 in Buffalo, NY, the former Pierce Arrow Administrative Building, placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, was converted into 103 high-end luxury loft apartments and 12 short-term rental apartments. In the historic vaulted showroom of 9,000 square feet, an eventual restaurant will occupy the space.
