This interior renovation of a 1960s standard office building located in Niagara Falls, NY included the full demolition of the existing interior to the original raw structure. The building lends itself to be adapted to a modern industrial office space. The finishes complemented the existing building by using exposed mechanical systems, polished concrete, DIRTT walls, and raw wood accents. Ceiling clouds and carpet tile were used throughout the open office space to create not only diversion but also sound control.
