MYLOGO

This five-building, thirty-unit townhome complex provides affordable housing for families. Situated on the former Central Park Plaza site in Buffalo, NY, the project achieved a quality urban infill. The new development includes a playground and community center centrally integrated into the property to encourage use by the residents. The townhouse style offers a unique affordable housing solution for the residents to have a multi-story two-, three-, or four-bedroom unit. This project was funded by NYS Housing and Community Renewal and Housing and Urban Development.
