For this project, a historic chapel and towers were renovated into affordable housing units.

Located on Dodge St. in Buffalo, NY, the project entailed partial renovation and partial new construction. Sixty HCR (Homes and Community Renewal) apartments and a community center were built in six new brick buildings, the existing towers, and chapel.
